Well, after I have spent a great summer, I knew it was too good to be true.  Last night I woke up at 3 in the morning with watery D twice.  Then the nausea heat me.  I managed to sleep for a couple of hours more, and I woke up feeling just....sick.  I had to come to work because my boss is leaving for a business trip and I have to prepare some files for him.  I couldn't decide whether I should force myself to throw up in order to get some relief.  I don't have any pain whatsoever, just nausea and my bowel is grumbling a little bit but that's all.  I took some Immodium otherwise I would still be in the toilet.....

I think this is stress, because in the last few days I have been an emotional, physical and financial wreck!!!!!!  I;m taking 10 pills everyday (Nexium, Endocort and Salofalk), and I still get episodes like this?? Have mercy!!!

Anyway I decided to watch my diet this weekend.  What do you guys think, is it possible for stress to bring up our symptoms so suddenly?

I'm so glad I have all of you by my side, my mother told me yesterday when I complained about my symptoms: "you are a brave girl, you can handle everything!"  So true, NOT!!!!

I guess I have to do what I have to do .Hoping it's just a one night thing for you and things get better. lol gail

Hi Christtina, I agree with Gail. Stress can certainly through us off. I would watch your diet.
I hope you feel better soon.

Hiya Christina,

Absolutely! Stess is a HUGE trigger.  During stressful times I too get symptoms just like you are experiencing right now. My GI prescribed Bentyl to help settle my stomach issue but that eventually stopped working for me.

Recently, after my latest hospital stay he prescribed an anti nausea medication for me called Compazine.  WOW...that really settles things down for me right away.  Whenever I get those symptoms I just pop one of these pills every 4-6 hours and I feel GREAT!  I usually just need a couple of dosages for it.

I would call your doctor immediately and ask him to call in an anti nausea medication for you to your pharmacy right away.

You shouldn't have to suffer like this.

Hope you're feeling better.
