Hi...I was wondering if you can take your meds and the metamucil capsule at the same time?

I take mine at night with my night time meds

I have read that you should not , because Metamucil needs to be taken after or before 2 hours of taking any medication.I just read my bottle and it says not to take within 2 hours of any medication..
