Numbness

Does anyone else have a numbness in the tip of their fingers? I've had this problem for awhile and thought it might go away, but it hasn't. I'm on Asacol, Humira, Imuran, Prednisone, and iron so I figured with all those meds that SOMETHING was bound to have the side effect, but I wasn't sure. I thought it might just be a side effect of Crohn's?

You need to tell your doctor right away. I'm not sure which, if any, of the drugs you're on can cause this, but I had the same thing from Flagyl. Also, you may need your B12 checked, low levels can cause neuropathies which is what this sounds like, they start out as tingling.

I agree with Judy. I have peripheral neuropathy due to lack of B12. Mine has already caused permanent nerve damage, so I
urge you to at least rule this out. Good luck...

I have also heard flagyl causes perphial neuroapathy
