Hi all,

Tomorrow I start my new job.  As with most people I am excited and a bit nervous.  I am most concerned not about me telling my boss who is a RN about my CD but informing her that this thursday I have an appt with my colorectal surgeon.  It concerns me since his lat appt of the day is 4:30 and my hours end at 4:30.  I know that the schedule for 1 person is 7:30 - 4...I would love those hours it would make my dr appts easier but I am sure those are the most popular hours.  I also have an appt with my colorectal surgeon on Oct 11, my GI I have one at 4:45 on Oct 10, his office is within walking distance from my job though so I will have no problem getting off work at 4:30 and making it for 4:45.

Wish me luck :)

I think most people (bosses) especially nurses are understanding of preexsisting appts. And most know what it is like trying to get in to see a specialist these days. Good luck with the new job and the up coming appointments.
