I have been taking 9mg of Entocort for almost a month now and I have started having HORRIBLE muscle pain. It is mostly in my legs but on bad days it spreads to my legs, back, and neck. I also have awful joint pain in my knees and ankles. The pain is getting so bad that is hard for me to walk, especially down or up stairs. I was just wondering if anybody else has had these symptoms and if you have, how did you get rid of them or treat them? I was just hoping that there would be some remedy to help ease the pain until the doctor lowers my dosage.

I had super bad problems with Entocort as well. Joint pain in my knees, ankles and in my lower back. There were a few days where all I could do was curl up in a ball and cry till it went away. I couldn't walk without falling down. Luckily it didn't last too long. Probably like an hour or so. And it would come and go. The only thing that I felt could help a bit was rubbing on my knees continuously. Also, stretching everyday can help prevent the pain from happening. If nothing works, just take some pain meds. I know how bad it can hurt!
Good luck to you!
