CD is flaring w/hemheroids? BAH!!!

Hey everone!

 

Long time! I've been feeling ok for about the past year or so, so I haven't really been on here. Kinda feel like a jerk, but ya'll understand. scool

 

So..... now that my CD is flaring again (Dr.'s have done Endoscopies, Colonoscopies, Pill Endoscopy, X-rays, CT-scans, blood work -- all of which showed no active CD) and now I have Hemheroids..... not like I haven't had them before, BUT these ones are from Mars or something. I thought it was just C, so I tried Fleet, and so now there is nothing left inside -- ya know? Kinda looked and felt around and it's just like a grapevine is living in my rectum.... I take Rutin daily (thanks again Keah) to help with them, which does help with the butt burn, but now I've got this....

 

Skin tags maybe? Fissures? sad

Please help.... I can't sleep because of the pain, and I don't want to load up on pain meds because of the possible C.

Well I have never had Hemmies so I would not know what they feel like. I do have 2 skin tags and they hang outside. They don't hurt except they sometimes get these little ulcers on them and they can get really painful. The fissures are the most horrible thing on this planet and even on mars! For me it feels like I am passing razor blades everytime I have a BM. They hurt soooo bad. Try sitting in a hot tub of water. That is the only instant remedy for me. I would check with your doctor to make sure what they are. If they are fissures they can start you on topical ointments that can prevent them from getting worse.

ive got really bad hemmies, internal and external as well as a bad fissure. a colo-rectal guy put me on anusol suppositories for the inside stuff and i have some sort of hydrocortisone cream and whitch hazel for the outside ones. the witch hazel and the cream have helped a little bit, theyre still big but not nearly as painful and swollen as they were.
