Loud Stomach Noises

For all us newbies what causes all these loud growling (but your not hungry) noises. Sometimes they are so loud my 4 year old thinks I swolled a dinosaur!!! I also feel unpleasant fluttering and inside gas similiar to when I was pregnant but that was the baby moving. 

Do you think all this goes away once the inflammation is under control?  I sure hope so!!

I was told that very loud bowel sounds or very quiet ones,usually are indicative of some kind of problem. You say you have
inflammation right now, that probably is the reason. AS long as you don't go from lots of noise to none, with no movement
of bowel or passing gas, I wouldn't worry to much. Most of us have noisy bowels!!
