Had a bad night Sunday lots of pain which subsided after vomiting .Was thinking ambulance but got to sleep after vommitting .Had a cold for 2 weeks now which seems better, and went off pred. Wed. been running to bathroom with D and lots of water coming out so don't think I have blockage. Was wondering if others here have a lot of problems like this without the pred.? Seeing GI this week so see what he says. Took imodium this am as I have to go out. Hope it works .Had my corn flakes this morning so at least got some food in yesterday it was crackers. The worst part is when I cough out pours the D so hoping I won't cough much which has improved some. My Rem. infusion isn't due for awhile so won't be getting fixed with that soon. Just thought I'd let you ones that have not been so well lately know that your in good company. lol gail

So sorry to hear it Gail. Hope you get it sorted out at the doctors. Maybe they can move your Remicade infusions closer together? I'll be thinking of you, keep us posted.

Hi Gail, Im sorry you're not feeling so good. I've been tapering off pred and I'm getting the same sort of response, without the
vomiting. I sure hope you'll be feeling better soon. LOL

Hey Gail- Sorry you're having a rough time of it! I'm still hacking too! I'm with straydog on the corn flakes.
I can't eat any cereal that is not rice based. Rice Krispies, Rice Chex are okay for me. If I'm having alot of D, I go with good ole Gerber baby cereal mixed with applesauce, honey, fat free half & half and a pinch of salt. When I was on the Remecaid, I kept hitting a pred taper wall @ 20mg. Now that I'm on the Humira, I'm hitting a pred wall @ 10mg before the D returns. Sigh! However, I haven't been very kind to myself this week. Sometimes I just get sick of thinking of everything that goes in my mouth! Get Better Soon!
