have any of u used fish oil in your diet to help with crohns and if yes how did it work

I use omegas 3-6-9 one cap 3 times a day, it's a natural anti-inflammatory and besides that our bodies do not produce omegas and need them desperately (reason why it's so healthy to eat enough fish), excellent for the brain...I believe it helps along with the other natural anti-inflammatories that I take...bee propolis, chamomile tea, vitamin A.

I take enteric fish oil since it disolves in the intestines and not in the stomach

I too take the enteric coated ones. you don't get the fishy burps too. =0)
