I used to eat so much for breakfast.. now i stay safe.. Mornings are my absolute worst time.. Until 9 am I don't want much..
So at 5am I start with a warm tea with ginger root (new thing that has worked so far)..
at about 6:16 I drink a dan active.. and if around 9 if I'm feeling ok I will get a little breakfast (toast, bagel, eggs, very basic foods).
I really miss milk too.. My hubby is funny (he really helps me stay strong.).. He hounds me in the kitchen cause I was a milk addict and he knows Ill sneek some.. But it really does hurt me, it causes sharp pains... (sometimes I just want one one good sip though).. I try and stick to lactaid milk though..
I had heard that raw coconut really helps.. Has anyone else heard this or tried it??
