glad to hear that you are doing better.  =0)  I was doing well last week and I think I over did it so am been low on the spoonage today and yesterday but I went and tried to excercise at the gym yesterday for the first time since July.  Made it 6 minutes on the treadmill.  =0)  Did 1 sets of 10 situps and stretched and called it a day!  Gotta start somewhere....

Baby steps=good

Our annual Christmas party is in just over 2 weeks! Eeeek lots to do here. But I am looking at as I feel so much better with the increase in iron and B12 that I will enjoy even getting ready for the party. I am doing the "get ready in spurts" thing. A little dusting here, a little vacuuming after a break. I have started making the freezable foods already. I want to nap the day of the party and stay up until the last person leaves---usually 6 am the next morning! I am actually looking forward to a party for once--after all it is at my house and I have my own bathroom :-)

My mother used to say a corny thing that kind of works for me now....take it easy greasy, you've got a long way to slide! I plan on sliding right through Thanksgiving, into the Christmas party & Christmas week, then a light celebration for the new year. Enjoy it all however it comes
Dx'd '90 (emergency rupture), symptoms ignored long before that, '03 fistulas and bad flagyl reactions, B12 weekly, Pentasa [until I surrender to the bigger meds]
I'm riding on the escalator of life....
