It definately helps with the nausea for chemo patients.  Crohns patients should benefit from the effects in the same why due to our nausea and diarrhea.  I have not read anything about decreasing inflammation.  It is legal for med purposes in Oregon and I believe California. 
35 yo--Crohns since 2000, Granuloma cysts in mouth-oral surgery X2 in 2000, Fistula colon 2006, Rectovaginal Fistula 2007, Joint pain. Kidney Stones. Dx with Migraines in 2002 and Ovarian Cysts with Endometrosis 2001.  Dx with Fibromyalgia in 2007.  Now receiving Humira, Topamax 300mg daily, Cymbalta 120mg daily, Prevacid 30mg, Maxalt, Vicodin and Ultram as needed, Fish Oil, and Multivits

There is actually a website all about it. I can't remember the site name because I finally deleted it from my bookmarks. My girlfriend had seen in on a news show. I would google it. I am not so sure about it myself.

Flax Oil, Fiber Supplement, Multi-Vitamin
