I have Crohns disease and so does my brother.  I am on remicade and his doctor wants him to take it but he doesnt want to.  He has done some internet research and has found a drug that is currently used for drug (i believe heroin) addiction but is being tested for use in Crohns.  I think I have this right, this is what my SIL told me.  Anyway, I was curious if anyone can tell me what it is or if anyone has taken it, or knows anything about it.  I can't find anything and was just curious.  TIA.

It sounds like he is looking for LDN, which means low dose naltrexone. If you look through earlier posts on this site, you will see very recent first-hand experiences with naltrexone.
