I had my colonscopy done today. Thankfully there weren't any problems. The paperwork that I was sent home with says - The mucosa of the terminal ileum and the ileocecal valve appeared cobblestoned, edematous, erosive, erythermatous, friable, hypertrophic, scarred, ulcerated and thickened. Multiple random pinch biopsies were obtained from the terminal ileium, the heptic flexure, the traverse colon and the rectum. Otherwise normal.
So in other words I'm having a bad flare. I go back to see the doctor in 2 weeks for a follow-up of the biopsies and to see if the new medicine he put me on is helping.
