Who bosses the Drs. around..............nurses? :) OK, now you talk to who you feel you want to know about your disease and only for the purpose of making your life easier in school. You have a chronic illness and you are not abusing the system so decide which Dean to tell and that one can be your mentor and help you through tough times like this.
Also, next time, if there is one, you email me and I will tell you to take your little Dr. Butt to the ER, no urine in how long and what is the hourly average rate of urine produced????? HypoK, no wonder you were weak and could hardly walk my friend. 3 liters and still no urine output...............I would guess you were a bit dry. Kind of like a potatoe bud.............just add water and mix. Okay, off my soap box.
Please know I am so happy your feeling better. Someone suggested Pedialyte which is a good idea, I usually like the Gator Aid or any of the sport drinks with lytes in them.
The dehydration would throw off your liver funtions and thus the bilirubin elevation...................kidneys were not functioning on all cylinders. IMHO.............lol, but hey I am not a professional here.
