I very depressingly admit defeat.  I had already last year made the decision to only eat minimal amounts but evidently I have to quit it all.
So so sick this morning, over and over and I drug myself to work an hour late.  Now, it's hours later, my left side still rumbles and I have had pure bile acid diarrhea this hour.
I want to go home but I'm trying to stick it out, I do have tomorrow off.  Just want to crawl in a corner and hide.
The burning is so bad, no wonder I get proctitis, the skin probably is ripped raw from this bile.
Good bye Chocolate, just like milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, mushrooms, nutrasweet, marshmellows, onions, red meat, corn.  Dang, no wonder I am depressed.

Don't worry, your not alone. I have given up so many things, and they all made me so sick, that I have no problem turning away from them now. Sigh!!!!

I just had chocolate for the first time in months and I'm miserable today too. I guess I just had to prove it to myself!

Have you tried dark chocolate? I don't tolerate milk chocolate, but dark chocolate seems to be fine in small amounts.

Dark chocolate with a high cocoa content (at least 89%) is good for you, it has way less sugar and all the benefits....you could always resort to chocolate flavored/scented lip balm from Avon.

My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it!  LOL  :)

There is a great chocolate candle out too... I think it is the colonial candle company but not sure.

I've tried switching to dark chocolate but that ends up giving me migraines. Guess we just can't win. My CD has been flaring up terribly lately....almost passing out in the bathroom from pain and weakness. I'm afraid to eat anything these days...I think I will go on a liquid diet for a few days to see if that helps...it usually does....but by golly I'd better be better by xmas!!!!!'
