I've seen a number of posts about joint aches, muscle spasms, chrlie horses etc. recently. about two weeks ago, I noticed some achiness in my legs that sort of felt like I had walked too much (I don't exercise regularly-know I should but can't find time). It was particularly noticeable in my thighs, front and back. The achiness in the legs is still there, but now I have it in my arms also, sort of like I have been carrying a lot of packages. I don't really feel flu-like, am not running any fever and my joints don't hurt. I have not changed my diet and have not done any type of exercise recently, although it feels like when you haven't been to the gym for mnoths and then go and your arms and legs hurt the next day. Has anyone else experienced this and could it be related to Humira?
