Yes had it done today and have rsults I even have 8 pictures to take with me to the surgeon next week since I see him 2 days before I see my GI for my appt.  He was able to locate the fistula easily especially since he had the results from my fistulagram from last week.  He said it is in the transverse colon right next to the anastomasis (sp?).  I still do have ileum left and that looked wonderful.  I did have 1 visable ulcer but it is healing he feels as though the Humira is putting me in remission...actually he said he would call it  as me being in remission.  I asked him if he was able to tell if the fistula was CD realted or related to my Sx.  He was able to tell that it is from the CD it wont heal even though the rest of the colon is healing with the Humira so I will need Sx to fix it.  I asked him if I am in "remission" why am I in so much pain....well he found a partial blockage from adhesions in my colon in the area where I am experiencing pain.  He has put me back on Miralax to help since I seem to have a BM every other day and when I do go it is with the aid of laxatives and/or suppositories.
I also told him once I go after the suppository then a few hrs later I have to have D he said that is normal since it cant get past that area.  Never thought adhesion blockages could mimic CD partial obstructions but I guess they all do the same thing as far as making the area smaller for theings to try and go through.
I did have pseudopolyps again which have been seen before I finally asked what the diff was between those and just polyps and I was told they type I have are typically associated with CD...not sure if they are assoc with UC as well but....and pseudopolyps have a lower chance to turn into cancer as compared to polyps.
I wonder if mybe this Sx I will be having to fix this fistula can be laporoscopic or not...I have neverhad a laporoscopi surgery ever.  I know he will take care of the adhesions in my intestine while doing the Sx and not sure if that can be fixed laporoscopically either.  At least I got some good news.  The GI said if all goes well after the Sx to fix the fistula I wont need anotehr scope 6 months down the road to get the all clear to start a family if I am non symptomatic so that is another good thing...its a lot different prepping for the scope with less intestines than you are born with!
