Hi there,

I've never heard of the Bubblegum Club-Though have found an Irish website, which maybe what you're looking for:
http://www.bubblegumclub.ie/
Another to try are the make a wish foundation, though these plan things for one specific special day, and maybe better once Gypsy is a little older and knows what she would like to do:
http://www.wish.org/

Hope this helps! If I come across anything else I will let you know. Can I ask are you from the UK or elsewhere (this will help me find things right for you)
