I am 5'2 113 lbs and I eat like a piggy, yet hardly gain over 115 lbs.
May I ask why you are afraid to eat? Is it because you think that you will just keep gaining?
I say work on foods that are for the most part healthy (proteins, and such) with the occasional super yummies until you are at the weight you once were at, and then regulate your diet with foods that once you have eaten you meal you feel full. There are some meals out there that after a half hour you are hungry again, avoid those for the most part, and stick with filling foods. My favorite dish: Honey ham, mashed potatoes, and peas. It will fill you up and it is yummy
