Are you an adult under the age of 24 with cystic fibrosis (CF)?
or
Are you the parent/caretaker or the adult sibling of a person aged 18-24 with cystic fibrosis (CF)?
or
Are you a health care provider at a USA cystic fibrosis care center who regularly interacts with patients aged 13-23?

Participate in research by telling your story and sharing what you think would make the difference for improving the quality of life for adolescents with CF. This research is being conducted by Andrea Dyben, Doctoral Candidate at Regent University and Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor. The study has been approved by the Human Subjects Review Committee of Regent University (IRB).

If you agree to participate in the study, you will be interviewed by phone. The information you share will be kept anonymous. Your participation is completely voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. What you share will be used to describe the social and mental health experiences of adolescents with cystic fibrosis, as well as to formulate recommendations for improving the holistic approach to treatment. If you wish to participate in this study, please email adolescentCFstudy@gmail.com
