hey,

i am 15 i have asthma and mild cf. And i also had a cancerous tumour on my liver diagnosed 2 months ago. so now am in chemo therapy and need a liver transplant as well as a heart and lung but i am posting this message on all the boards my conditions apply to. you have to keep on smiling and believeing that things will get better otherwise you'll talk yourself into being ill forever! I have noticed loads of people on here don't go to school or anything and i can understand that but some people say they haven't seen friends for like 6 months! i don't know how i would have coped without my friends. i still go to school and clubs just so i can keep my mind off things. Maybe those of you who don't see anyone should join a club because all the people are always really friendly and understanding and at least then it would mean you could have some one to ring when you felt down or who could pop round and see ya!

Anyway i think you r all great for being so supportive of everyones problems.

Illness doesn't have to make you give up it just makes you have to work a little harder each day!

so keep smiling!
