A lot of CFers suffer from Anxiety. I myself do. I see a counselor every two weeks to talk, and I'm also on Adavan 2x a day. You should speak to your doc about your anxiety, and see what he/she suggests.

It helps me a lot, although it does make me sleepy at first. I'm only on it temporarily until I can get something else that will work better for me. If you're going to an accredited CF centre, where you work with a whole team, then your CF doc should be able to refere you to the CF counselor to get the ball rolling.

Hello!

I actually am diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder, and I see a therapist for it, not too frequently, but it's nice to know that there's always someone I can talk to about it whenever I need someone.

Right now I'm not on any medicines for it though!

Good Luck!
