I'm sometimes up till 2 or 3 in the morning. I've always been more of a night owl and always have trouble falling asleep. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the meds I'm on or CF, but I find that a lot of CFers do have this problem.

Not I. I sleep like a rock at night....probably due to the fact that I have to get up at 5:30 for work.

Here are some things that help me sleep on the rare occasion I cant (not for CF, but for stress and things): A normal dose of Cough Syrup, a glass of wine, or a Tylonol PM (not all together...that would be bad :) )

hello,
my boyfriend had this problem, but only has it occaisionally now. we think it was connected not just to discomfort, but also anxiety about it. he bought a book - paul mckenna's how to change your life in 3o days, and i know it might sound stupid, but it was actually really good. hope it turns out okay!
