Why do that for? Ecstasy is made out of who-knows-what in some scummy garage. It doesn't matter what meds she is on theres still a very high chance that something bad will happen, people die from ecstasy, even after just the first time.

Because ecstasy can cause death in one use with a "healthy" individual, I definately would try it having respiratory issues.  skull   Anything artificial and made the way it is is far from healthy and not worth the "high" per say that is in turn going to make your friend feel like crap shortly after taking it.  Just friendly advice since you asked!

Did it once.  I survived.  I dont think it will have an adverse affect on you just because of CF....but just dont do it period.  Well, tell your friend not to do it.  It isnt smart no matter who you are.

I don’t normally post here but I felt compelled to answer.

If you cannot change her mind then I suggest you send her to www.erowid.org so she can research it and maybe make an informed decision. MDMA in it's pure form will not harm a healthy person. MDMA does not kill people, that is a common mistruth, however what you buy on the street WILL NOT be pure MDMA and will be cut with things like Methamphetamines, Procaine, Caffeine, Ketamine, Ephedrine, etc. & there is no way to tell what else is in it (unless she has a testing kit which I’m sure she does not) and those things can harm her, and I am sure can interact with her meds, that site provides some info about drug interactions (i.e. with MAOIs & SSRI's). Not worth the risk to me but there isn’t much you can do to stop her, she should at least be making an educated decision!

Ecsatsy places enormous pressure on the heart and respiratory system so it is strongly advised that sufferers of pre-existing conditions such as diabetes epilepsy and asthma steer well clear. It is only common sense that CF would too come under this category and a dose of ecstasy with all the other mumbo jumbo they put in it could more than likely cause serious damage or be lethal, especially to a CFer.
