hi i have CF, i may need a polyp surgicaly removed from my nose just wandering has anyone else has this and does it hurt and take long to recover from? i have had a nisan, gastrostomy, and port o cath before so hoping this is not as big of a deal!am i correct?

will be grateful for any replies X

well, no it isn't a big deal compared to your other surgeries. I have had all the same surgeries you have had (and a few more) some times the scinus surgreries hurt more that other times, but usually not for more than a couple of days, and it is far easer to recover from than any abdominal surgery. take some advill and you will be up and going the next morning. good luck

hi, I've had this surgery dozens of times, the painfullness and time to recover depends on how in-depth the surgery is. I've never had any really bad pain, just a little bit a few times. I'm usually back on my feet two days after the surgery, and able to exercise three days after. Hope that helps!
