It can be done, but meds are always against me so I'll have to exercise twice as much to lose weight. Like getting by said it is about diet which includes lots of drinking water and exercise. Sorry but there is no short cut to weight loss. Plus when you exercise it raises your endorphins, which raises your mood. That is another reason that exercise is good for you. Now starting the excercise, now that is the tough part. I usually have to force myself to do stuff. Sorry I wish I can give you more tips, but I can't.
