Has anyone here ever attended a Kairos retreat?
If anyone has, or has heard of it, what did you think?
I think my depression really ate away at me when I was away on that retreat. It was such a shock for me when I was there that I came home a completely different person.
It's supposed to be a magical retreat with good experiences, but for some unlucky people, it really hits you...hard. and I'm not the same as I was.
I dont know if I can say things about it on here, mainly because it is a secretive retreat, but I can say that it gives you an opportunity to really reveal yourself to others and no one will judge you. but if anyones interested in learning about it, let me know. It'd be really interesting to hear feedback from fellow Kairosians. What a depressing 4 days...

Hi there,
I have not heard of this particular retreat but I know of other such places which sound as if they do the same thing. They offer a lot of soul searching and allows the truth to come to the surface. For some, this is harder to face that others but hopefully everyone should take away a truely unique and breathtaking experience
Everyone has a guardian angel. They help pick you up when you fall, comfort you through your times of need and help you appreciate the times when things are going well.
