Today I went to my first appointment with a psycologist. She seems very nice. I thougt we would be discussing how to handle my illness but we ended up discussing things that have happened in the past and she thinks I definately I have depression and I may have post traumatic stress syndrome.
Reliving that bad time in my life has left me emotionally drained and confused.
I have cried so much lately that my eyes are swollen.
She gave me the BSFF treatment protocol to read over and try. You have to use a "cue" word and tap your temple. I am not sure what to think of this. Has any one ever heard of this technique? Has it worked for you?
Any feed back would be appreciated
