There is a hotline number for the Samaritans who are UK based. The number is: 08457 90 90 90. I think it is important to talk to someone professional as well as talking to get things off your chest.
Everyone has a guardian angel. They help pick you up when you fall, comfort you through your times of need and help you appreciate the times when things are going well.

I have already prayed for you. You really should try to call these numbers. We have a chat in the forum. If you go to the top of the page, just sign in. Somebody will be there to talk. You really need to talk with a professional right now. You need help and you deserve to have it. Think of your wife and your children. They need you.

I will check in the depression chat for you.

Hugs, Karen

Darren is a good and gentle person...................you can tell him whatever you want and he will never judge you.

God bless and watch over you, we are standing right beside you in friendship.

You will find that all the members and moderators a-like all help each other here. Kitt and Karen are both wonderful people who will listen to you with passing judgement or making fun. As long as you release some of the stress it might make it easier to release the rest later on.

I am overcoming depression and anxiety and I would love to help in any way. Hold on though! There were times a month ago where I would have done anything to have God strike me down but now I am happy I am alive. Keep the faith please!!
