To cope, I try to relax. Take a few deep breaths and tell myself just to go with life. Take everything as it comes. If I want to sleep, I sleep. But I can do that. Where a lot of people can't. They have school and jobs that they have to go to. But getting with nature is another thing that helps me. It relaxes me.
Everybody has different methods of coping and I am sure that you will get a lot of other suggestions.
I also do meditation. That really helps to relax the body and mind.
I write a lot of lists so that I don't worry about
forgetting things. I also find writing my feelings on paper helps.
