its not only incapability feel good, its also other emotions too. i just dont feel like im all there. i was having bad anxiety before, but its slowly being eaten up by apathy i believe. i can barely remember what it was like to feel normal anymore. i was on zoloft when i was younger and it really helped me, but when i was on it from march-april this year it made completely numbed out to everything. i couldnt feel any emotion except some anxiety. either im getting better than i was before, or im become completely overcome by apathy, im not reallly sure.
my main concern is the fact that time feels like its flying by me so quickly. that bothers me the most.

I was on zoloft too for a while and it seemed to help me at the start and then i started feeling numb,When i'm feeling depressed i dont want to feel the feelings i have and think the thoughts i have but when you feel numb its just as worse.
Have you tried any other medication? If not speak to your doctor and he/she might be able to recommend another.
I also know the feeling of thinking time is flying by so quickly and it is worrying , have you ever taken time out for yourself, i mean really taken time off from everything and everyone? I think sometimes we need a little bit of time to our selves just to try and relax,maybe a weekend away or out and about in the garden,it sometimes helps me.

Time does go by fast, especially the older that you get. The older you get, the faster it goes. So that is why you want to enjoy every day. I think you should talk to your doctor and tell them what is exactly going on and get the right medication to help you. We want you to enjoy every day of your life, and it sounds like you could use some pharmacological help with that. Or counseling, or both. A lot of us do both.

Stick with us and we will try to help you get feeling better, but make that appointment.
