Yes I have tried to diet, but I know I have to exercise and I have yet to get into the exercise mood. I know, just do it.............I have no excuse so someone kick my patoot and tell me to get out and do it.
I have lost weight on the weight watchers plan but I have not stuck to it.
So yes there is hope so pick a healthy eating plan and watch your intake. don't forget the 8 glasses of water per day.
