YEah, it's similar to morning sickness. I hate them. Mine are worse if I'm nervous or I didn't sleep well. Plus it doesn't help if I've ate gassy foods like beans. I've got a little case of them right now actually. Thats why I get up three hours before I have to be at work. THat way I dont have to go to work with the ickees as you put it. If I feel like that I usually drink alot of water and then some coffee. (WHich wont help unless your used to drinking it!!) Try eating a lite breakfast like two pieces of toast or dry cereal. Should make ya feel a bit better!
Love to you! Rachel

That's kind of the same as me. I have too wake up 3 hours before I'm due too do anything. My usual fix is something sugary. I'm strange in that I think though. I do wake up groggy, feeling realy yucky, as if I really should just go back to bed.

I used to wake up that way when I had my job which I thought was my dream job.  I couldn't even stomach a piece of toast.  I would leave for the day, work with miserable people and go home which was 3 min away and just flop down on my bed.  After 5 mos of torturing myself I quit and the morning ickies went away.  Sometimes we have to do things for our own benefit.  Now I am OK but broke.  Six of one, half a dozen of another.
