I currently dont take medication so I try to treat my depression through 'holistic' ways, which works for me.
Anyway sometimes I can get off balance and for a week or so I just sink. How do you deal with new personal relationship when you are depressed? I usually drop off the radar or past boyfriends have struggled with depression themselves. BUT my current boyfriend (all of 3 months) has never been depressed, doesnt quite understand it AND has never really been around anyone with depression.
I also have a tendency to sabotage when i am feeling low, what the heck do I do?
