That is great that you are feeling happier & moving forwards. I think that this has probably been one of your worst months, so it makes sense that things are going to start getting better & better!!
Excersising is good for making you feel good anyway, I try & go to the gym a couple of times a week aswell. |Sometimes it's hard to motivate myself to go, but I always feel better when I have!
