Chrismas Eve Day is here and we have all talked through how we would work on staying positive and staying in the moment. The next coupld of days are for celebrating and relaxing in whatever way you have chosen.
The work is done, so now you rest in peace in your beds knowing that you will be OK and do not look back but stay in the moment.
Also do remember that some members will have trouble with the post holiday blues.
Be Prepared for Feeling Depressed
Those who are prepared to feel sad, lonely, depressed and disappointed after the holiday highs are less likely to be overwhelmed by these feelings when they finally strike. Start planning what to do to get the mind off feeling depressed. Have a to-do list ready so that you won’t have time to feel lonely and sorry for yourself after the holidays end. Make plans to watch a movie, see a friend, tend to the garden, take leisurely walks in the park or have a spa treatment.
Do not let the blues take you down! We will start to look at ways to deal with the post holiday blues on Friday. For now just know you will be OK.........we have your hand.
Bless each of you.
