Why don't you join the one and see how it goes. If you feel you still need more support or need to get out of the house, then maybe join another one. You don't want to overwhelm yourself. But being that you are feeling like you re developing agoraphobia, maybe it would be good with more than one. But I would start off with one and see how you like it.
Support groups can be very helpful. Especially when you are depressed. Do you still have any one on one couseling?
