It was a DBSA support group. I had a lot of fun. It was quite interesting to hear other people talk about
experiences similar to mine. Its comforting to know that other people are dealing with their illness and coping really well... it also made me feel less alone. in a sense, because i shared my experiences with them, they are now my friends, so basically i earned 8 new friends today! a bigger group meets on thursdays, and i cant wait to go to that one too... i also have CBT therapy group on Wednesdays, i attended the first meeting last week.
i feel that ive done a lot of good things in the past month.
