First of all, you are noticing your problem and that is the first step.
Yes I think you should talk to somebody about
this. Start with your doctor or pdoc if you have one. Medications and anger management is probably the way to go. I use to have a bad temper and the first thing I would do is break the things I loved the most. I always regretted it. So yes, I think that you would benefit from some help.
This is an easy problem to solve. You will learn to think differently. But be honest with your doctor, as you were here. That is the only way to get better.
