I have recently cut my coffee intake down. Well what I did was start using 1/3 decaff and 2/3rds regular. I noticed that my moods were improving. I wan't as nervous as I was from all caffiene like I normally drank. I drink coffee from the time I get up until I go to bed. But since my nervousness is much less and my moods are better, my overall depression seems less.
Do you drink coffee? And do you think that it adds to the depression?
I can't live without my coffee. I also noticed the slight decrease in caffiene is helping my blood pressures.
