. I am sorry that I can't be of any use when weight loss and medications are involved, but weight itself can be battled from two different regions. Either you cut the intake, or make sure more of it is burned. So that comes down to a diet or exercise. If you don't feel like exercising, you can still do some dieting. You can either visit a professional for this, but from personal experience a little more salads, fruits, vegetables, and a lot less fat and meat will do wonders. Eating a lot of salads and fruit is actually a mood lifter for me.
And for the exercise, maybe some things you can do at home will be possible. For a while, I didn't go outside, but stayed in shape by just doing some push-ups and sit-ups every day.
