First of all, I would like to welcome you to the HealingWell depression forum. I think that you will find this is a good place to come.
Although zoloft isn't suppose to cause weight gain, everybody is different and I think some can gain weight.
The only thing that I know is to eat four to six small meals a day. This boosts your metabolism. If you don't eat, your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to every calorie.
Exercise is good. Walking is really good for you. So if you can walk about
20 minutes a day, maybe three to four days a week, more if possible, it will help. Drink a lot of water too.
This is the only thing that has ever helped me. I am not losing at this time, but not gaining either.
Best wishes to you for losing weight.
