You sound so tired at the minute & like everything is getting on top of you. Can the doctor not give you anything else to help you sleep?
I think sometimes when you see a counsellor or psychologist things do get a bit worse as you are going over painful things, that maybe you have been trying to block out of your head for a while. Sometimes it's better to go over them and then move forward from them, then to keep them locked up in your head though.
I hope that you start to feel better soon and that some of the pressures on you ease off!
