Hi Everybody,
I can't believe that I am up this early.  Lately I have been sleeping until noon.  If I can get up early in the morning, it becomes my favorite time of day.  Though I have most of my energy in the evenings.  Or feel the best.
With this being said, what is your favorite time of day???
Let me know.
Hugs, Karen turn

definitely not mornings... woke up 1 hour ago (12 here) which is quite early for me!!! I love my sleep so its too easy for me to just sleep the day away, I guess thats my favourite time of the day, when i'm asleep!

Karen: Lately I have been shifting back to the old me from several years ago.  My favorite time of day was always early morning as I could get so much done when it was quiet.  Also the panicky / depressed feelings had not set in yet so this was my most productive time to work.

I can relate to that ad1. With the fibromyalgia and depression, I spent close to two years in bed. That was all that I wanted to do and that is what I did. Though I kind of feel like I lost two years of my life and aged in the meantime. But I was so fatigued and also sleeping was the great escape for me.

hugs, Karen

I guess I would have to say  late afternoon and evenings.

I am not really the world's greatest morning person.  Also mornings seem to be when my anxiety is at it highest.

I like the evenings. That is when I can relax and read or watch TV.  I am not a morning person. My dog wakes me up too early and then I want to go back to bed so I will have a bit more energy to manage the day.

For some reason, I feel my best around 5pm. I know that's when the rush hour traffic hits, which is not relaxing at all, but there's something about the end of the day, when you don't have to work anymore that just seems more peaceful. Maybe also because I know it's almost dinner time!

I also like the feeling I get when I wake up knowing it's a weekend and knowing I got to sleep in. My worries seem less when I wake up from a good night's sleep, and I automatically think about what kind of a workout I can do that day to get in a good mood and start my day off right. I like 5pm on weekends very much. Probably because I know I can go to Happy Hour and not work the next day :-)
