Fatigue seems to go along with depression. I take adderall, but also have fibromyalgia. Without it all I would do is sleep.
Often exercise helps with fatigue. And walking. It gets the endorphines going which gives you energy.
If you want to go the medication route, I would talk to the doctor about
that. But walking really helps me and so does exercise. I also meditate and that seems to perk me up when I am tired in the evenings. But doesn't keep me awake when I need to sleep. It actually helps with that too.
Have you tried counseling? That always helps when you need somebody to talk to. There is also a free site that offers help.
This is totally free and a lot of people have said that it has helped them.
