hi gang, going to have tonight and part of tomorrow to myself. been counselling my mate bob, poor bugger has some massive grief issues with many losses he has faced. he is also a returned naval officer. age 65. we had a deep an meaningful yesterday, was worried about his safety. today he got back from seeing the shrink. looks like he will be going in to the veterans psych facility next week. sis has borrowed more $ again!! bob is better, although i have been mediating a minor situation that transpired at my neighbours-to do with bob and her. real tired, listening to some live j. malmstein at the moment. and loud. see you guys soon. jamie. thx 4 listening.

Take a nap, you sound exhausted.  Sounds like your days have been very full.  Hope you feel better soon.  I will send good vibes your what you need to, to keep yourself well and happy.

Jamiee, sounds like you have had a busy, intense time lately.  Take some time now for yourself as you would advise me.  You are only good enough to stay well and be active if you are well rested and take care of yourself. I'll be thinking of you.
