Today I went to see my doctor and he told me I was very dizzy because I stopped taking my anti-depressents so he put me on duecene (Victoria Australia).  He told me I felt like this because of the impact my parents death had on me because I lived with them all my life.  He told me to go to the Melbourne Clinic on their day program twice a week to try and get help.  Thank you for all your comments and god bless all of you.
Edit:  I gave your thread a title.  :)

I am so sorry to hear about your parents. What a difficult situation. I know that Day Therapy really helped me when I was quite depressed. Hopefully it will do the same for you.

feel better,

Good Morning, the day clinic sounds really nice and like a great idea.  If they had a program near me like that, I would definitely attend when I am having a bad time.
Take care,

Anything positive has to help.  Sometimes just being around people with similar issues helps.  Please go and I hope you get something out of it.

I am so sorry at the loss of your parents. I hope that the day clinic helps you. Please do attend. It must be so difficult for you right now. I hope that you start feeling better soon. But these things do take time, so be patient with yourself. Grief counseling is another way to go.

Best wishes for you to feel better.

Hugs, Karen
