Cutting back on carbs at that time helps. Walking and exercise also helps. Talk to your doctor about it, sometimes you can take something just at that time of the month. Basically staying physically active and watching what you eat can help a lot. I am sure there are other things, but I would talk to your doctor about it.

My anxiety/depression were always worse PMS time.  Cutting down on caffeine helps alot, walk everyday and if it is interferring with your life, go see a Dr.  It may be a more severe form of PMS called PMDD.  There are meds that can help you get through and lived more balanced.  I suffered through all this for so many years, too stubborn to get help and when I tried to talk to my Dr. they either did not take me seriously and sluffed me off.  I finally found a Dr. that listened and worked really hard to help me.  I probably feel better now than I have in over two years.  It took alot of work and persistance to get to this point.

Seek all avenues of help.........hope you feel better soon.

Sorry to hear your having issues with PMS.  You have received great advice and I have no other words of wisdom other then to agree with both Karen and Gems.

Take care,
