Hi Guys,
It's' been such a long time since I have been on here, how are you all?
Last time I posted, I had just split up with my boyfriend and was feeling really down about it.  I'm still not completely over that, but I am moving forwards from it and thats the main thing.  I have realised that I am actually much happier without him than I ever was with him, and although I miss him a lot, I feel much more blanaced on the whole.  I have also finished with my counselling, my counsellor said that she thought I was ready to be with out it and so I am.  I miss it in ways, but I am much more able these days to open up to the people in my life and thats a big step for me.
It's been a year and 3 months now since my Dad died as well, I still think about him loads and miss him everyday.
Anyway I just wanted to catch up with everyone and see how you are all doing,

Hey Li,

It has been a long time and I am so glad to see you back here checking in with all of us.

I am thrilled to hear you have been through therapy and that your counsellor felt you were ready to be out on your own.  Remember thearpy is always there should a time come when you feel you need a little infusion down the road.

I am going back to therapy for a bit as I ran into some problems but that is the nature of depression.

I know you have wings now and you will be able to fly and use the skills you learned so I wish you peace and happiness.  Be well and take care.

Hugs at you,
